2. Nature of the Platform Group On Suppliers is a B2B online marketplace that connects buyers with verified suppliers of PPE, safety equipment, and industrial products. We act as an intermediary and do not hold inventory or fulfil orders directly.

3. Buyer Obligations Buyers agree to provide accurate information when placing orders, make payment in full before order processing, and communicate professionally with suppliers through the platform.

4. Supplier Obligations Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, timely fulfilment of orders, and compliance with all applicable South African consumer protection laws.

5. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is confirmed.

6. Shipping & Delivery Orders are fulfilled directly by suppliers. Delivery timelines and shipping costs are determined by the individual supplier. Group On Suppliers is not liable for delays caused by suppliers or couriers.

7. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are subject to the individual supplier's return policy. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy page for details. Group On Suppliers will facilitate dispute resolution between buyers and suppliers where necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability Group On Suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform or products purchased through it.

9. Intellectual Property All content on this website is the property of Group On Suppliers unless otherwise stated. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes shall be resolved in South African courts.

11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
